In the following terms and conditions, the words ‘IP6net’, ‘we’, and ‘our’, are used to refer to the IP6net Service, the trading name of IP6net Ltd.
IP6net provide a telephony service which utilises an internet connection to make and receive telephone calls. Various services are available which include telephone numbers, outbound calling, call plans as well as an array of advanced telephony features. Security
You are responsible for keeping all your IP6net passwords secure, strong and confidential at all times. IP6net cannot accept any responsibility for unauthorised calls made on your account.
You should always set and use strong passwords, for example minimum 10 characters, mixed numbers, letters and characters and not easy to guess. Beware of using your details on public networks where your details may be stored or intercepted and if you use any kind of PBX or other VoIP hardware, you must ensure that its own passwords and those of any extensions are also secure and strong.
VoIP Calling
Call destinations mentioned on IP6net Packages include mobile and landline destinations and exclude personal and premium rate numbers (unless mentioned otherwise).
In the case of the user call records for outgoing PSTN calls, IP6net will retain call records from the past 90 (ninety) days only.

Emergency Calls
Emergency calls (999 or 112) are available with the IP6net service only once customers have registered a mainland UK address, excluding users located in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Contract period
A minimum contract period is applicable to all IP6net subscription services. The minimum contract term is the minimum period for which the customer must remain on and is liable for payment of their IP6net service from the time it is activated.
Unless otherwise stated the minimum contract period is 12 (twelve) months.
After the minimum contract period, subscribers may terminate their subscription with a notice period of 3 (three) months. Customers should email a cancellation request to helpdesk@ip6net.net
In the event that the contract is subject to distance selling regulation, where service starts within 7 days of purchase, rights of cancellation will end upon commencement of service.
Billing
The subscription fee will be issued monthly. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date to ensure we receive payment on the due date. IP6net reserves the right to cancel your subscription if payment is not received every month.
IP6net may suspend and / or disconnect your Services at its discretion. We will normally inform you before we suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Any credit balance unused for 6 (six) months or more will be deducted from a user’s account. Call credit purchased online is non-refundable upon use of service. Incoming numbers which have not been dialled within the last 6 months may be disabled by IP6net.
IP6net has the right to close/block IP6net accounts that we suspect to be fraudulent and proof of identification maybe requested to verify users.
Any accounts which have not been used for 6 months or more maybe suspended by IP6net. We will normally inform you before we suspend or terminate your access to the Service. An activation fee may be charged to reinstate the account.
Service Cancellation
Cancellation of the service will require 3 (three) months notice from the end of the minimum contract period, stated for the service subscribed to by the user.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, IP6net is providing this site: www.ip6net.net and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. IP6net disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, IP6net does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Modification of Terms
IP6net reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the IP6net site. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supercede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Please print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your confirmation email.
Limitation of Liability
This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold IP6net, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, expenses, losses, and liabilities (including courts costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising from or relating to this agreement including user’s access to and use of the SIP server to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IP6net.net or any of its licensors, be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, arising out of the access to or use of or inability to access or use the SIP server, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions of files, errors, defects, delays in transmission or operation or any failure of performance, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The IP6net telephony service is not intended as a substitute of the PSTN telephony service. IP6net registered users must ensure a PSTN telephony line is available at the location from which they use the service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THIS IS A VOICE OVER DATA NETWORK SERVICE AND AS SUCH, IT IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR CONNECTION TO THE DATA NETWORK AND THE DATA NETWORK ITSELF. YOUR SERVICE MAY THEREFORE CEASE TO FUNCTION IF THERE IS A POWER FAILURE OR A FAILURE IN THE UNDERLYING DATA NETWORK. CONFIRMATION BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE, YOU (HEREINAFTER THE ‘USER’) ARE STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR USE OF IP6net.ORG SIP SERVER (THE ‘AGREEMENT’) CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN IP6net.ORG AND THE ENTITY THAT AGREES TO AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ACCESS TO IP6net’s SESSION INITIATION PROTOCOL SERVER (‘SIP SERVER’) IS BEING PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ BASIS, AND IP6net.ORG MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO USER’S ACCESS OF THE SIP SERVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, IP6NET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SIP SERVER OR USER’S ACCESS THERETO, WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY GIVEN TIME, OR WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OMISSIONS, INACCURACIES, OR FAILURES OR DELAYS IN DELIVERY OF DATA. USER ASSUMES, AND IP6net.ORG DISCLAIM, TOTAL RISK, RESPONSIBILITY, AND LIABILITY FOR USER’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SIP SERVER.
ACCESS TO IP6net.ORG SIP SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED ON A NON-EXCLUSIVE BASIS. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT IP6NET SIP SITE IS IN A DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE AND THAT IP6NET MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR FUNCTIONALITY THEREOF. USER MAY NOT SUBLICENSE ITS ACCESS RIGHTS TO THE SIP SERVER TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
YOU ACCEPT E-MAIL AS A VALID MEANS OF COMMUNICATION OF ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND IP6net. YOU MUST CHECK THAT THE DETAILS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL ARE CORRECT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND YOU SHOULD PRINT OUT AND KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. THIS CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AMOUNTS TO AN ACCEPTANCE BY IP6net (OR 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER THAT IS ENGAGED ON YOUR BEHALF BY IP6NET) OF YOUR OFFER TO BUY GOODS FROM IP6NET AND THIS ACCEPTANCE IS EFFECTIVE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU RECEIVE THE E-MAIL.
IP6NET SERVICES ARE FREE TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM A PROSPECTIVE CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. THIS ALSO APPLIES IN THE CASE OF ANY ERROR OR INACCURACY IN RESPECT OF THE GOODS, ANY DESCRIPTION APPLIED TO THE GOODS, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS OR THE ORDER ITSELF.
