ACP LLP, headquartered in London and with an office in Bahrain, is a niche real estate investment management firm. ACP was established in 2008 to take advantage of the prevailing market dynamics in, what we believe, is a generational investment opportunity.

We manage niche real estate strategies, each with integrated investor participation, which are designed for today's market whilst reflecting tomorrows profit. The clearly defined, value added strategies, provide investors with the ability to invest into a diversified UK property investment platform, on a property-by-property basis, combining mainstream and niche sectors, with the benefit of both capital and income returns.

The founding partners are seasoned property investment professionals and have completed over £10bn of property transactions. We have an in-depth knowledge of the property industry and an intimate understanding of the fundamentals of property at a local market level. We have a proven track record in structuring, managing and delivering returns for our investors.

As a start up we needed a full range of IT products and services, IP6net came highly recommended. Data security up time and support where all paramount to our business model.

Solution

IP6net chose to colocate ACP's infrastructure to take away the headache of on site security and compliance. We deployed industry standard HP servers along with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange including VPN for secure user access to the infrastructure. Backups are handled by our managed backup service and the whole solution is monitored via our proactive Zabbix monitoring platform which means issues are resolved before they become business impacting.
