Their OI systems permit your team to access information, discuss it's implications and act upon it with speed and security.

Challenges

As a fast growing business we needed a company that could support us accordingly, the team at IP6net have been an integral part of our growth. We were using dedicated servers for our test and production environments. This represented us many challenges including speed, security and reliability. We also have a geographical presence spanning 3 continents and reliable communication was of up most importance.

Solution

IP6net quickly identified that moving from dedicated servers into our VMware Flex Cloud was the right move for this particular client. It enabled them to forget about the infrastructure layer and concentrate on what they do as a business which is deliver applications. Template deployment of application servers saved weeks of configuration time and managed snapshots meant that any risk during reconfiguration and upgrades where mitigated. We also installed and managed a large scale asterisk VoIP solution with Skype integration. Our Helpdesk manages support for nearly 100 office and remote users covering Windows, Mac and Linux desktops along with a proactive monitoring solution for their application.
